In any case, I wanted to see if you had any recipes for Allspice Dram since I was just recently turned on to it. There's now a dram available in the U.S. -- St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram. I'm off to buy a bottle of it at the Pearl District liquor store. I want to make some kind of "apple pie" cocktail. I'm pick up Calvados and the dram and I'm thinking I could add some cream to it...? I'm not an experienced mixologist so I'm kind of guessing. We'll see! Oh, I wish you still posted to this blog! I realize, in that there's applejack, pimento dram and Fee's bitters called for, this looks to be a long, but abbreviated, relative of Chuck Taggart's <a href="http://www.gumbopages.com/food/beverages/reveillon.html" title="Looka!: Réveillon Cocktail" rel="nofollow"> Réveillon cocktail</a>. I'd forgotten about that recipe... my pimento dram was still marinating when Chuck posted it. Reminds me that I need a decent pear eau-de-vie, too. Hmm.
