(For a Party of Eight)
Into a Punch bowl pour:
2½ jiggers Lemon Juice.
4 jiggers Peach Brandy.
2 jiggers Cognac Brandy.
2 jiggers Jamaica Rum.
3 pints Ice Water.
Stir well; ladle into Punch glass and serve.

On first glance I thought this might be an OCR/proofing error on the part of Project Gutenberg, but I have confirmed the above recipe against a scan of the original page. Adding 3 pints of water to 12 ounces of liquor is going to yield a pretty disappointing drink if you’re accustomed to the ratios of a more traditional Fish House Punch.
