Then again, in the years leading up to Bullock's publishing <em>The Ideal Bartender</em> they seem to have <a href="http://www.chateau-margaux.com/en/Millesime.aspx" title="Château Margaux: Vintages">had a run of off-years</a>, so perhaps it was more economical in his day.
