Fill large Bar glass full Shaved Ice.
1 teaspoonful Lemon Juice.1 teaspoonful Pineapple Syrup.1 teaspoonful Celery Bitters.
Stir; strain into Fancy Wineglass with Fruit and serve.

Celery Bitters are no longer available — anywhere. I’ve done a fair bit of digging around looking for a recipe for homemade celery bitters, but have come up dry there as well, so until an enterprising researcher rediscovers and broadcasts the secret, the Celery Sour will remain un-drunk (though it may then prove to be undrinkable).
